Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the Replenishment Specialist are the set-up and maintenance of all parameters in the Replenishment Systems and handling telephone inquiries from retailers and Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set-up and maintenance of store models on the IREP and ADMO (Replenishment) systems.

+ Set up and tracking of new stores, including generating new orders and implementing all required changes for store expansions, fixture changes, and relocations.

+ Review IREP reports, looking for problem areas and make any necessary corrections to models or inventories.

+ Interface with Retail Accounts, Account Executives, Customer Service and other functional areas within the company.


Years of related experience: >3

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Prefer 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Finance or Accounting

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, good analytical ability

+ Understanding of replenishment system a plus

+ Familiarity with Wrangler order processing system a plus

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

+ Fast and accurate typing skills and basic math skills
